Do you offer refunds or returns?

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or regular returns. We may provide a replacement or store credit only for defective items or items sent wrong, if you contact us within 14 days of delivery. To request this, email fashionstreetwear@fashionstreetwear.info with your order number, item name, a brief description, and photos if applicable. If approved, we’ll ship a replacement at no charge or issue store credit. If the replacement isn’t in stock, store credit may be issued.

How does shipping work?

  • Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. We ship with selected carriers and provide tracking by email when your order ships. Ownership and risk pass to you when the item is delivered to the carrier or to your address, whichever is earlier. We’re not responsible for carrier delays or damages after shipment; you can file a claim with the carrier, and we can help with order details.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, to eligible destinations shown at checkout. International orders may incur duties, taxes, and fees.
