FashionStreetWear Return and Refund Policy 

Effective date: May 11, 2026

  • All sales are final. FashionStreetWear does not offer refunds or regular returns.
  • We may offer a replacement or store credit only for defective items or items sent wrong, at our discretion.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused with tags (where applicable).

How to request a replacement or store credit

What happens after you contact us

  • If approved, we will ship a replacement at no charge or issue store credit.
  • If the replacement is not in stock, you’ll receive store credit.
  • Replacement shipping is our responsibility.

Shipping and carrier notes

  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the carrier after shipping.
  • If issues occur in transit, you may file a claim with the carrier. We can provide order details to help.

Non-eligible

  • Non-defective returns, exchanges for size/color, items outside the 14-day window, and Final Sale items.

Processing time

  • Approved replacements or store credits are processed within 5–7 business days.
