FashionStreetWear Return and Refund Policy
Effective date: May 11, 2026
- All sales are final. FashionStreetWear does not offer refunds or regular returns.
- We may offer a replacement or store credit only for defective items or items sent wrong, at our discretion.
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused with tags (where applicable).
How to request a replacement or store credit
- Email: fashionstreetwear@fashionstreetwear.info
- Include: order number, item name, a brief description of the issue, and photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
What happens after you contact us
- If approved, we will ship a replacement at no charge or issue store credit.
- If the replacement is not in stock, you’ll receive store credit.
- Replacement shipping is our responsibility.
Shipping and carrier notes
- We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the carrier after shipping.
- If issues occur in transit, you may file a claim with the carrier. We can provide order details to help.
Non-eligible
- Non-defective returns, exchanges for size/color, items outside the 14-day window, and Final Sale items.
Processing time
- Approved replacements or store credits are processed within 5–7 business days.
