  1. Acceptance
  • By using our site and placing orders, you agree to these terms.
  1. Ordering and Payment
  • Prices shown are in the listed currency. Taxes may apply where required.
  • You offer to buy when you place an order; we may accept or decline it.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
  1. Shipping
  • We ship with selected carriers. Delivery times are estimates.
  • Ownership and risk pass to you when the item is delivered to the carrier or to your address, whichever is earlier.
  • We’re not responsible for carrier delays or damages after shipment. If issues occur, you may file a claim with the carrier.
  1. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
  • All sales are final. No refunds or regular returns.
  • We may offer a replacement or store credit only for defective items or items sent wrong, if you contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • To request a replacement or store credit, email fashionstreetwear@fashion streetwear.info with your order number, item name, a brief description, and photos if applicable.
  • If approved, we will ship a replacement at no charge or issue store credit. If the replacement is not in stock, store credit may be issued.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • Site content (text, images, logos) belongs to FashionStreetWear. Personal use is allowed; reproducing or distributing content without permission is not.
  1. Privacy
  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data and is part of these terms.
  1. Prohibited Conduct
  • Do not misrepresent yourself, infringe others’ rights, or disrupt the site.
