- Shipping costs
- Rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders if you offer it.
- Coverage
- We ship to eligible destinations shown at checkout. International shipments may incur duties, taxes, and fees.
- Risk and ownership
- Ownership and risk pass to you when the item is delivered to the carrier or your address, whichever is earlier.
- Tracking
- You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
- Delays and issues
- We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier after shipment. If issues occur, you may file a claim with the carrier; we can provide order details to help.
- Damaged items
- If your item arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery for assistance.
- Missing deliveries
- If your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated window, contact us and we’ll help check with the carrier.
- Returns and exchanges
